He is consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents nationwide by The Wall Street Journal and RealTrends, is a fixture on The Real Deal's Top Sales rankings, Variety's Top Real Estate Agents, and The Hollywood Reporter's Power Brokers, with honors including Deal of the Year, Broker of the Year, and the #1 medium team in volume.

Distinct within the industry, Steven operates a fully integrated, in-house marketing and creative team, an early pioneer of modern luxury real estate marketing whose digital platform has generated millions of views. He advises a deeply international clientele of individuals, family offices, multigenerational households, and high-profile principals across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, much of it repeat business and referral.

Originally from Philadelphia, Steven attended Penn State University and spent seven years abroad in Israel, South Africa, and Australia, where he helped develop an international nonprofit. He shares his homes on the Upper West Side, East Hampton, and Palm Beach with his partner and daughters; they live a full, active life and love to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Steven serves on the boards of the Marlene Meyerson JCC of Manhattan and Penn State Hillel, is a Founding Member of South Africa's Tomorrow Trust, and is active with the Lynnewood Hall Preservation Foundation, conserving one of the most significant Gilded Age mansions in the United States.
